The Ship Part of what makes cruising so awesome is that you are literally on a hotel at sea. Below are descriptions and opinion about this vessel and the experience.

She is huge. And she is beautifully designed. The "lines", nautical expression, are ample and fine. Note the sculptural variety in the horizontal.

This isn't a typical "flatside" cube on a hull, she blends in the "hotel" section into the total integration of fine ship design.

This is the main kitchen for the Manhattan Dining Room. There are several on-board but this is the Main. It's split into two "mirrors", one serves the port side, the other serves the starboard side.  Everything is stainless steel or tile.  It's impeccably clean.
Hours before the main meals, plates that are not "time sensitive" are prepared and then chilled. The final ingredient will be added before served to assure freshness.
This is "dish design" and is posted for all to see and follow. Every plate must follow the design of the executive chief on-board.

In the Dining Room for the final night event which is formal. All the staff is recognized, and it's a big celebration. This is our maitre' de preparing Lobster for my wife.

(note: first time with Olympus 2020. Most of my on-board shots in low light are more successful without the flash enabled. Had I used flash, all surrounding detail would have been lost. Nonetheless, the maitre' de is out of focus, he moved.)

Every food area is watched. This is an officer discussing breakfast buffet at 6 in the morning. I was impressed on his attention to detail. There is "nothing" left to chance!

Cleaning is everything. It's constant throughout the ship. Celebrity has the highest rating from all in my reseach on the web. I watched and photographed during breakfast and during other times. Impressive.

Another note.... ALL food and water is bought in the US under strict controls before sailing. No local food is used.
